The new CASA C.212-100 2 models + NEW Tail Arts

Model SH72344 will start selling to end customers on our e-shocks 25.11.2017.

Another model of the next-generation Special Hobby of steel molds is the Mirage F.1 model of the twin-engine CASA C-212 multipurpose transport aircraft . First of all, we will offer you the first cover of the first C-212-100 series catalog number SH72344 by the end of November . Another cover, limited series of model SH72376 CASA C-212-100 "Tail Art" until the end of the year.

The CASA C-212 has parts divided into five frames of gray plastic and a clear parts frame. The SH72344 will offer three decal options. The first is the whole airplane of the Spanish Air Force. Another available machine is the Chilean Air Force aircraft in four-color camouflage. The last one was the Columbian Navy in two-tone gray-gray camouflage.
In limited series, we are preparing a SH72376 CASA C-212-100 "Tail Art" overcoat. This model will offer two very attractive Portuguese Air Force machines. Both airplanes are decorated with drawings on vertical tail surfaces. The decals will be printed by the Italian Cartograf. The moldings will be identical to the model SH72344.
The CASA C-212 models in the next versions are planned for the coming years. CASA C-212 is a very attractive design. In the late 1960s, the Spanish Air Force sought compensation for the transport aircraft used up to now. CASA responded by designing a twin-engine turboprop high-lift with a solid chassis and STOL features. The Aviocar CASA C-212 project was accepted and two prototypes took off in 1971. The suitability of the new type was verified by the Spanish Air Force on a test series of eight pieces. Aviocar got the military designation T.12 in Spain. Based on orders from around the world, serial production, including licensing in Indonesia, took place. Gradually, versions C-212-100 were produced with TPE331-5-251C, C.212-200 engines with more powerful TPE331-10-501C, C.212-300 with extended bow, wing with winglets, TPE331-10R-513C engines again with increased power and other propellers. In 1998, the C-212-400 was manufactured with TPE331-12JR-701C engines with modernized avionics and increased payload.

The large number of customers and the diversity of their requirements led to the creation of many versions, with different equipment, by placing the front door. The Spanish Air Force itself, in addition to pre-series machines rebuilt later on photogrammetric, ordered Aviocar aircraft in several versions, from VIP transport (C-212 AV / T.12C) to T.12B and above the tail surface (T.12D). But the C-212 can be said to fly on all continents. It is not possible to name civilian users either. C-212 North America in the USA (C-41), Mexico, Central and South America, such as Panama, Chile, Ecuador, Colombia, and Argentina. Users in Europe were or are Sweden, Spain, Portugal, France and Malta. In Africa, C-212s fly from the north to the south, the users are or were Chad, South Africa, Botswana, Zimbabwe and other states. Australia uses its C-212 at home to train red berets and operates the C-212 in Antarctica at the Australian Antarctic Division of the Department of the Environment. In Asia, C.212, of course, is flying in Indonesia, but users are more, at random Thailand, Vietnam or the Philippines

SA72018 Biber Trailer – one of the December news

In October, we started selling the Biber model on the 1/72 scale . Which is it, the model is nice, but how to get it to the water? It's not so! The submarine model is to be taken to the water, as did the Germans with real submarines during World War II. That's why we have prepared a lift on Biber, on which it was transported. The Biber Trailer model has been designed in 3D and is molded from a metal mold, created by CNC milling. The market will appear in December in the series Special Armor and cat. No. SA72018.
