Matho Models 35077 Jungle Plants A

Product Details
Scale: 1:35
Article code: 35077

Product Description

Contains 1 photo-etch sheet, etched on an ultra-thin (0,10mm) sheet of brass for realistic leave-thickness. The very fine etch-work (including leave veins) will result in some very realistic looking plants. Sheet size is 7 x 9,5 cm (2,76" x 3,74").

You can use the plants as ground cover, or as foliage on your own tree-armatures. Use a thin green metal wire to attach them.

Base not included.

How to use and paint

  • Leave the plants in the fret while painting and weathering.
  • First airbrush a few layers of (acrylic) primer. Let it dry for at least 24 hours between each coat. After that you can continue with your regular (acrylic or enamel) colors and weathering products. Seal with a few coats of varnish. Let the varnish dry for at least 24 hours so it is hard enough to protect your paint-work during the next steps.
  • Always be very gentle in the following steps when handling the plants to prevent the paint from scratching.
  • Place the fret on a hard (for example wood or glass) surface, and cut out the plants from the fret with a fresh knife.
  • Use a micro file to clean up any residue of the fret. If cut well however, you will not need to use a file on straight edges.
  • Now use 2 tweezers to turn the leaves and branches into a natural position. Use 1 tweezers to hold the plants, the other to shape the leaves and branches. Don't forget to bend the leaves themselves as well for the most realistic appearance.
  • Use a tweezers (be very gentle to avoid paint scratches!) to glue them to place.
  • Some parts will now need some extra painting to restore the damaging caused when cutting from the fret or when handling afterwards. Use a round brush with very fine tip with your main color to touch up the parts where you can still see the PE brass color shining through.

I am a battleship Nagato. I'm counting on you.

December New product NEXT's new work "Nagato"

Since the prototype arrived, introductionnote

"Battleship Nagato, sortie!"

Cool, coolheartheart

Motif is the figure at the time of Operation of the Junichi issue in October 1959 .

Installation of electricity search, removal of auxiliary guns, blocking of porthole etc

I will reproduce the figure which was remodeled from warts.

Since it is a ship NEXT series, of course , it uses color-coded molded items in advance .

The bridge bridge top is black molded, and the missing state is reproduced.

A thin and difficult-to-assemble part such as a steam disposal of a chimneyTo give awayTo give away

Such an incidental facility

Easy toassemble by integrating with chimney parts! !! !

The rear mast No. 13 Electric Search 2 is molded integrally with the rear mast .

I also develop it considering assembly!

The side of the ship reproduces seams of armor boards, porthole which is blocked, etc. by sculpture

It is a sense of precision ! !

Also reproduce the joints, water supply and drain outlets with delicate sculptures on the ship's bottom.

There are some points of particular attention that I can not write yet.

Everyone, have you been looking forward to it? What?

For further information, I will speak over in a new product guide in December! ! !

Next week we will be able to inform you about product information such as shipping date, price etc.

looking forward to!
